An ED (Embarkation-Disembarkation Card) needs to be filled out and is mandatory to every passenger traveling to Aruba. You can fill out your online ED Card application up to 7 days prior to your arrival! It is free! You will not be allowed to board the plane without prior approval, your online application should read Qualified! Join us on the beach to soak up some rays and get to know each other. We will be there from 8am to 6pm.

Open Bar and Light Food will be served The Welcome Party will be held on turf next to the adult pool. For your safety we suggest wearing shoes with chunky heel.

Ladies: Please remember NO white clothing! A Cocktail Dresses, Sundress, Breezy Maxi Dress, or High Quality Romper is recommended. The beach is windy, be careful with short full dresses. A light sweater may be needed after the sunsets. The Wedding, and Reception will all be on the sand please wear shoes that are easy to remove. Gentlemen: Light Loafers or a pair of Slip-on Canvas Boat Shoes. A light (linen) pair of pants, and a light button down shirt. Ties or Jackets are not needed. Don't forget your sunscreen!

Cocktail Hour and Reception will be held on the beach (weather permitting). There will be a dance floor. Wear comfortable shoes and be ready to dance.

The After Party will be held in the Ballroom at the Hyatt. Let's keep the party going! There will be an Open Bar and Light Snacks!
