Key West in October can still be VERY hot. At the same time there is always a chance for rain and storms. Be prepared for either. The wedding will be held in the evening so it will be a bit cooler as the sun goes down.

We kindly ask all guest to be at the venue 15 minutes prior (5:45PM) to be seated. The wedding will begin at 6:00PM sharp.

We kindly request that guest do NOT take pictures during the ceremony as we have a professional photographer and videographer who will be there to capture our special day!

If you would like to bring someone not listed on your invite, please run it by the bride and groom. We are at a smaller venue so the numbers will be limited.

We invite you to RSVP online. On our website here you can go to the RSVP section, enter your name, and then follow the steps!

We ask guests to RSVP as soon as possible, but 6 weeks prior to the wedding is when we will need all RSVP's. (August 24th, 2024)

There will be no blocked off hotels. Refer to the hotels/transportation/airports section on the website. There you will find an array of hotels you can stay at. The hotels listed on the website are optional. You are able to stay at any hotel you prefer. Most of Key West (downtown) is in walking distance to the venue. There are many Airbnb's as well. *** KEY WEST IN OCTOBER CAN GET PRETTY BUSY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING ROOMS IN ADVANCE.***

As there will be no transportation provided, there are many options in Key West for transportation. Please refer to the transportation section for more information.

There is a parking garage adjacent to Opal Resort, which is right across from the Audubon House. Please keep in mind it is a Saturday in Key West so parking can fill up quickly. Rates for this parking garage are $5.00 dollars per hour. ADDRESS FOR THE PARKING GARAGE: 201 Front St, Key West, FL 33040

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. There is a covered porch for guest to sit under. The Audubon House itself will be opened 30 min after the ceremony for tours given by event staff.

We will be serving appetizers at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a selection of steak, fish, and chicken. Refer to your RSVP for further information and to select which meal you prefer for the wedding.

Yes there will be an open bar. If you wish to continue drinking following the wedding, head to "Duval Street" for the fun nightlife! Duval street is directly behind the wedding venue.
