BRIDAL PARTIES, IMMEDIATE FAMILY PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have this space for 3 days. Tuesday June 17th starting at 2pm until Thursday June 19th at 12noon. We will
be setting up and having our rehearsal dinner Tuesday and following it up with swimming, games, smores, and
all the fun stuff before we say I DO the next day. Please come and enjoy this absolutely gorgeous space as we
hangout, share stories and soak up all these memories we have all created together. There is a dock available
so you can bring a kayak, paddle board, floaty or whatever lake items you want. It’s an evening of fun filled
times together. The rooms located on site are NOT free and will cost to stay, however the rate for the rooms
are $100- $285 per night for two nights. Prices vary but I ask that both bridal parties stay overnight Tuesday, so
we are all at the same location for the day of our vows! There are 3 different room types to choose from: the
first are (12) Lodge rooms which offers 1 queen bed and 4 shared bathrooms, 2 with showers inside the lodge as
well as a bathhouse that offers 7 total showers located outside the entrance of the lodge. Secondly, there is
a set of (4) Lower Lodge Suites (think condos) that feature 2 Queen Bedrooms, 1 Bath apartment style lodging with a
kitchenette, living room and a pull-out sofa sleeper ideal for families with multiple children or those persons that
are coming together as a group. They are the perfect choice with a stunning lake view! Lastly there are the (5)
Glamping style cabins which are reminiscent of a church camp or summer camp building. Each has 2 queen
beds (the same ones that are inside the lodge which are very comfortable) and a twin size sofa sleeper. They
are screened in and perfect for those that love the great outdoor style of living. Recently added to the cabins
are a small hand sink and a portable RV style toilet. They share access to the nearby restroom building that
has 5 toilets and 7 showers with one side for men and the other side for women. They are full of privacy so no
worries about sharing showers with the opposite gender :)
How do I get there?
If you are coming from out of state, you will need to fly into the Spokane International Airport. We WON’T be
able to transport you back and forth so you will need a mode of transportation. The address for our venue is
listed on our invitation as well as on the home page of this website. It is in Liberty Lake, Washington roughly 30
minutes East from the airport. You will take I-90 the whole way!
What do I wear?
We want you to be comfortable as this venue is a total of 53 acres! Wear whatever, just ABSOLUTELY NO
sweatpants or daisy dukes. Oh, and NO ALL-WHITE dresses!!!!! It will be warm during the ceremony and at the
start of the reception, but will cool off in the evening so it might be ideal to bring a lightweight jacket or sweater.
For shoes, wear what you feel comfortable in while walking on dirt, gravel, grass, and slight inclines. The
ceremony is outdoors, and the reception space is in grass with a brand new cement dance floor!
Where can I stay?
There is limited lodging available on site for our bridal parties and some of our out of state immediate family.
There is a Best Western (509) 755-1111 and a Quality Inn and Suites (509) 340-3333 roughly 4 miles from the
venue. There are also several hotels in and around Spokane that are wonderful choices. They are Northern
Quest Resort and Casino close to the airport, The Davenport located in the heart of downtown Spokane, The
Doubletree Inn as well as The Courtyard Spokane.
Are there going to be gluten free and dairy free food options?
Yes!! I am working with our caterer to come up with a few options for meals to accommodate those with
allergies or sensitivities. I ask if you fall into this category that you respond with this information on the RSVP
card so I have an exact number of people to plan for :)
Will there be alcohol?
Yes. However, we will only provide beer, bubbly, wine and a signature cocktail and mocktail. NO OUTSIDE
BOOZE ALLOWED!!! We’re not paying that fine. Thank you for understanding and following that guideline :)
