We invite visitors of all ages to explore the sight, scent, and taste of lavender at our Certified Naturally Grown farm. The largest lavender farm in Michigan, we are home to 30 varieties of lavender, Italian honeybees, and a restored century old barn where live music performances, weddings, lunches, and private events are held.

Kilwins Chocolate Kitchen in Petoskey is an amazingly sweet experience that uses all your senses. Tours are now self-guided. This means you, your family, and your friends can watch the magic happen at your own pace and on your schedule. No reservations are necessary; if they’re open you can take the tour!

They have large windows looking into their production kitchens where you can watch their team members make all the delicious treats they sell in their stores. With storyboards that run along the tops of the windows showcasing how all of their top-selling products are made it makes for a great educational experience. Of course, they are always making mouth-watering items elsewhere in the store: signature Mackinac Island Fudge, Waffle Cones and Cups, Caramel for the “Perfect” Carameled Apple, Brittle and Caramel Corn!
