Can I bring my kids?

Due to limited venue capacity, children are only invited if specifically named. If your invitation reads "{first and last name} & family," your children are included. However, if it’s addressed solely to "{first and last name}," it means we are unable to accommodate your children. This decision was not made lightly, as we truly wish everyone’s kids could join the fun. To ensure we can include all those important to us, some children will not be able to attend. If your children are not invited, please take this as an opportunity for a kid-free, night out. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest. As we have a strict guest list due to our venue's capacity, we ask that you only bring a guest if it is listed on your wedding invitation. If not listed on the invitation, they are more than welcome to join the fun at the dance. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring outside alcohol into the venue?

Per venue policy, no outside alcohol is allowed on the premises. There will be security at the venue and they will be on the lookout for any and all outside alcohol. To avoid the bride and groom from being charged an extra fee for the violation, please leave the drinks at home. We will have a bar, so you can grab yourself a drink when the time is right!

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue an exact guest count by a certain date. You are welcome to join us for the dance if you did not RSVP in time.

Where are the events of the day taking place?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and dance will be held on-site at South 40 Events. Our ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) and cocktail hour, reception, and dance will be indoors.
