Guest Room Rate:

A room block of both Double Queen Accommodations and King Accommodations have been reserved for this block. Reservations are on a first come first served bases.

Rates based on one to two guests occupying the room; additional charge of $20.00 per person above 2 guest occupying room will be applied; children ages 17 and under are free.

Rates to not include taxes – currently 16.20% tax and $1.00 occupancy tax per room, per night

A two (2) night minimum stay is required

Cut-Off:

Room block will be held till March 3, 2025 (30 days prior to first arrival date). At this time, a one night, non-refundable room and tax deposit will be collected and charged on March 3, 2025. After this date, all rooms remaining within the room block will be released back to the hotel’s room inventory. Should you miss this deadline, you will need to make reservations outside of the room block which will result in booking your accommodation at the hotel’s current rack rate.

Cancellation:

Cancellations made on or after March 3, 2025 will result in a one night room and tax charge.

What to expect at check-in:

At the time of check-in, you will be asked for a major credit card to be placed on file for incidentals. The hotel does require a $100.00 incidental hold on your credit card at check-in. This will be released on the day of your departure.
