So the ceremony is held outside, in the gazebo lawn area of the hotel. After ceremony you will be escorted to the inside of the hotel hallways to proceed for cocktail hour, along after the cocktail hour ends, you will then be escorted into the ballroom where plated dinner and reception will be held.
