The wedding is semi-formal. We are asking for guests to wear terracotta, rust, burgundy, or navy blue. Since we are not having a wedding party, all of our family and friends are part of our special day!

This will be an 'unplugged' ceremony so we are asking that during the ceremony all phones are turned off. We will have plenty of pictures captured by the photographer during that time and will be happy to share. Please feel free to take as many pictures you would like during the reception and share with the bride and groom!

We love your children but we are unable to extend the invitation to extra littles. We hope you understand and will plan to make this a fun date night!

If the weather permits, we plan to have the ceremony outside but there is an indoor building and the ceremony can be moved inside if needed.

If you have dietary restrictions, please contact the bride or groom! We want to be able to accommodate your needs. The menu for dinner is being catered by County Smoak which will include pulled pork bbq, pulled chicken, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, and buns. We will be serving cake, cupcakes, and a variety of cookies!

We will not be serving alcohol and alcohol is not permitted to be brought to the venue.

There is a designated smoke area. Please use this area and dispose of your cigarettes in the designated container

Gladys, Virginia is close to Altavista, VA or Lynchburg, VA Closest hotels are located by the Lynchburg Regional Airport. **Homecoming weekend for Liberty University is November 1st. If you need a hotel, please book your room as soon as possible as the hotels in Lynchburg will fill up.
