Although we absolutely love and adore your children, we regretfully are unable to accommodate them at our venue due to the maximum capacity. In order to have all of our closest friends and family in attendance, we have made the decision for children to not attend the ceremony or reception.

Typically this entails suits and formal cocktail dresses. Color is encouraged and ties are optional. We want you to be comfortable for the entire evening The ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to take place outside on the grass terrace and lawn, weather permitting. Wear functional shoes/heels. Please no jeans or shorts.

Yes. We will have a shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle will pick up and drop off guests from the Hilton Convention Center. Shuttles will start running at 3:30PM. Maximum capacity on each shuttle is 25 guests so please plan accordingly and arrive promptly. The last shuttle pick up for the ceremony will be at 4:20PM. Shuttles will be returning guests to the Hilton Convention Center throughout the evening. The last shuttles will be leaving Graystone Valley at 10:00PM, 10:20PM, and 10:30PM.

Yes. Graystone Valley has enough parking to accommodate all guests that will be attending.

Yes. There is paid parking for hotel guests. The Hilton has a covered parking garage attached by a sky bridge that is monitored 24/7. Free public parking areas are located at the top of the hotel parking garage and either end of The Landing, walking distance from the hotel.
