No. Unless noted on your invitation, we kindly ask that you do not bring a guest to the wedding ceremony and reception.

We love photos! However, for the ceremony we kindly ask to please keep phones and cameras tucked away so everyone can be fully present and our photographer can capture the moment. Feel free to take photos and videos before and after the ceremony and during the reception. Share them through the photo album QR code!

Yes! A free shuttle service will be available within the entire Eagle Crest Property before and after wedding ceremony/reception. Call 855-682-4786 to reserve. Ceremony and reception are at the same location. River Run Lodge has limited parking. We encourage carpooling, Uber/Lyft, or utilizing the free shuttle service. See bottom of Accommodations page for more information.

Yes! Redmond/Bend Airport (RDM) is about 20 minutes from Eagle Crest. In addition to Uber and Lyft, there are shuttles to/from the airport.
