In short, a Sangeet is a big Indian dance party! There will be Indian food, drinks, some performances, and a dance floor to dance the night away!

The word 'sangeet' is synonymous with the word 'song'. The ceremony involves singing and dancing with the couple and their close family members and friends to celebrate the onset of their new journey together.

Valet parking is available at the venue. Alternatively, we recommend using Uber or Lyft - Atlanta traffic can be unpredictable on a Friday evening so we recommend scheduling this in advance!

Fun, festive clothes you can dance in! Wear wedding attire that you're comfortable in. Western clothes like dresses are perfectly fine! If you're interested in wearing Indian clothing, here are a few popular styles and stores.

Common ladies' outfits are a lehenga or salwar kameez. Other options include a saree, pre-stitched saree, or sharara set (all pictured below).

Please feel free to wear American cocktail attire with some shoes you're comfortable dancing in!

If you'd like to wear Indian, that would definitely add to the fun. Usually to a sangeet, guys would wear a Kurta Pajama, a Kurta with a vest, or a Jodhpuri Suit!
