We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself.

Please RSVP by the date provided on the formal invite, using the card sent in your invitation. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume you are unable to attend.

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather depending. Cocktail hour will be inside a tent onsite. The reception will be indoors.

Our venue has free on-site parking. We encourage guests to uber/lyft if they will be drinking.

Yes! A shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue. Please plan ahead because there is limited seating for the shuttles. The shuttle will be departing from the hotel to venue: 3:40 PM, 3:55 PM,4:10 PM. The shuttle will be departing Bella Sera for hotel every 15 mins starting at 9:30 PM.
