Q + A

When should we RSVP?

Please make sure to RSVP “yes” or “no” by August 1st. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.

Where should I stay?

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate us! We have provided a hotel block at the Hyatt House at Vanderbilt near the Cathedral of the Incarnation. Further details, along with the booking link, are listed under the travel tab.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm. To avoid being late, we recommend arriving by 2:30 pm to ensure parking & finding a seat before it starts.

Is parking available at the venue?

No, unfortunately as it is a working farm at Diamond Creek there are minimal spaces to park that will be designated solely for our vendors to make use of the day for set up / tear down. However, we will have coach buses shuttling from the Hyatt House to Diamond Creek Farms. Or if you chose, there are plenty of Ubers & Lyfts are available within the area!

Is there a block of rooms reserved?

Yes, we do have a hotel block at the Hyatt Hotel in Midtown which is near our ceremony in downtown Nashville. Reservations must be secured by August 12th in order to be guaranteed the group rate. Guests can book by following the link under the “Travel” Tab or calling the hotel's 1-800-233-1234 reservations line and asking for the Bremer Wedding 2025 Room Block.

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our family & friends dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal attire for the evening.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation in order to RSVP.

Are kids allowed?

We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at our venue we have decided to keep our wedding adults only with the exception of our ring bearers & flower girls. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out & have some fun!

Can I take photos & videos during the ceremony?

We have hired an amazing photographer named Paige & she will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony. We do kindly ask that phones be put away & silenced during the ceremony portion in reverence to the holy matrimony. Feel free to take as many photos & videos once the ceremony is finished!
