We have reserved a hotel block for Thursday, September 11 through Sunday, September 14th. King rooms and double queen rooms are available. You may book any day(s) of the block with the group rate, and the hotel is flexible to add on dates for individual reservations if needed. The direct booking link can be accessed HERE.

Guests can also book by calling the hotel's 1-800-233-1234 reservations line and asking for the Bremer Wedding 2025 Room Block. To add on additional dates at the group rate, please contact the Hyatt House sales office at 615-320-9000 ext. 5105. Reservations must be secured by August 12.

Hotel amenities include a pool, fitness center, complimentary breakfast, and a local shuttle.

There will be a complimentary shuttle from the Hyatt House located in Midtown to the ceremony at the Cathedral of the Incarnation. This hotel shuttle can also take our guests anywhere within a 2 mile radius, including Broadway!

We will be providing coach buses through Nashville Chauffeur to shuttle our guests from the Hyatt House to Diamond Creek Farms throughout the night to assist in travel as Diamond Creek does not accommodate parking.
