Help! I've never been to a Catholic wedding before!
Don't worry! There will be a program to help you! Even if you aren't Catholic, we would appreciate your presence as we celebrate the sacrament of marriage. The only part of the Mass you will not be able to participate in is holy communion. Only Catholics properly disposed may go up to receive communion. At this point, you may stay in your seat and pray silently or walk up with arms crossed and receive a blessing.
What should I wear?
Cocktail attire!
For the ladies, fun and floral dresses are more than welcomed!
We ask that you dress conservatively to respect the reverence of the Mass. Thank you so much!
Are children welcome?
Yes, children are certainly welcome! We would love to have the prayers and celebration of children on our wedding day!
Can I bring a plus-one?
We ask, to avoid over crowding, that you do not bring a plus-one or additional guests to our reception unless outlined on your invitation. However, all are welcome to pray and attend our wedding mass!
Will there be dancing?
Yes, feel free to pack your comfy shoes so you can dance with us at our wedding!
