NYC Covid Vaccine Mandate
We have been informed by the staff at The Loeb Boathouse that proof of vaccination will be required in order to attend our wedding. Without proof you will not be able to attend. Please let us know if you have further questions/concerns or if you need to change your RSVP.
Do I need to be vaccinated in order to attend the wedding?
Yes. You must be able to show that you have had at least 1 dose of an FDA/WHO authorized/emergency authorized vaccine.
How can I show proof of vaccination?
Upon entering the venue present either: NYC COVID Safe App, NYS Excelsior App, Official vaccination record, CDC Vaccination Card (or photo of it), A photo or hard copy of an official vaccination record of a vaccine administered outside the
United States that includes the person’s first and last name, date of birth, vaccine type,
date(s) administered and the site where the vaccine was administered or persons who
administered the vaccine.
