There is a 2-night minimum for all of our room blocks, an industry standard in Galena.

We will release any un booked rooms 30 days prior, so in this case 5th June 2024. Our guests will still have access to rooms here, yet they will be based on availability and also the rate listed at time of booking.

Transportation Services
Oak Hill Farm lies outside of a small town, on a winding gravel road.
We want all of our guests to be responsible and stay safe. Therefore, we will provide bussing through Russ Stratton Buses Inc.
Details may change based on need and where people are staying but we plan to provide pick-ups and drop-offs at Country Inns and Suites - Galena and Stockton, Stoney Creek Inn and Darlington Inn.
You must be at these locations by 2:30. The buses will depart at 2:45.
(Even if you are not staying at these locations but you are staying somewhere nearby you could catch the bus at these spots).
We plan to have buses depart at 9:30 and 11:00 pm from Oak Hill Farm.
Should you choose to drive to Oak Hill but need transportation back to your accommodations for the night, you may leave your car at Oak Hill until 11:00 am on Sunday, July 7.
*On your RSVP please indicate if you will be needing transportation and where you are staying so we know the places where most people will need to be picked up. If we see that not many people request transportation, we may scale back this service.
