We are fortunate to have two airports within 30 minutes! Most common would be DFW for most airlines. However, if flying on Southwest you will fly into Dallas Love (DAL).

There are several Hotels within a couple miles of the venue! We have listed a few options on the Hotel Options section for you to pick from. However, feel free to pick any Hotel or AirBNB to your liking.

There are several amazing things to do while visiting! Such as - Two Stepping at Cowboys Red River - Dealey Plaza (Location of JFK Assassination) - Fort Worth Stockyards - Amazing BBQ! A personal Recommendation would be Hard 8 - Can't Forget BUC-EES! Get a brisket sandwich and some candy pecans and you will know why this gas station is ICONIC!

Please refrain from wearing any attire that is white, off-white, cream, etc.

The bridal party will be rocking burnt orange and shades of green. The groomsmen will be in tan suits, while the groom will be in a brown suit. Oh and yes, the bride is wearing white! (;

Heartland Church is a smoke-free campus. However, if necessary, you may walk out to the sidewalk on Nazarene Drive and smoke there. Please make sure to leave the church parking lot to take care of this. Please note, this also includes e-cigarettes. If seen smoking on the church property, you will be responsible for the cost of the security deposit lost.

No alcohol may be permitted on church property. If alcohol is found, you will be responsible for the cost of the security deposit lost.

While we cannot guarantee what the weather will look like at this time of the year, it is typically 62-85 degrees at this time. Please check the weather for Carrollton, TX just before you leave and pack layers in the event there is an unforeseen change in weather.

Both are located indoors. The ceremony is within the sanctuary and the reception is within the lobby of Heartland Church.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. Please note, our flower girls/ siblings of them will be present.
