- Approximately $105/night

- Hotel is a 10min Uber or 20min bus to Wedding Venue

- Other benefits: river views, close to the local high street for convenience shopping & a 3min walk to the train station for traveling to Central (tourist area)

(2) Premier Inn London Wimbledon Broadway

- Approximately $81/night

- Hotel is a 15min Uber or 40min bus to Wedding Venue

- Other benefits: on a local high street for convenience shopping & an 8min walk to the train station for traveling to Central (tourist area)

Please Note: There are other boutique, B&B style hotels close to the venue. The 2 listed above are your closest, most affordable standard/franchise hotels

The wedding is a single day in what might be a multi‑day trip, so optimizing your hotel choice around sightseeing—not proximity to the venue—might give you a better overall experience. The trade off is potentially finding a cheaper hotel, closer to more items on your itinerary, but a longer commute and slightly pricier ride on the Wedding Day. Just to give examples:

(1) Edbury House Hotel is a boutique at $68/night. Located in Central London it's just a 15min walk to Buckingham Palace, and sits in the midst of tourist hotspots: Hyde Park, Knightsbridge and Westminster. But for the wedding day travel looks like a 30min Uber or a 1hr public transit journey involving 1 bus and 1 train.

(2) Berkley Aparthotel (which is on the completely other side of ‘inner’ London) is $124/night and sits is in the midst of Shoreditch’s young nightlife, hipster vibes and is a stone’s throw away from Central. But the wedding day will be a 1hr Uber for approx $50* each way

*Omg Uber is so much cheaper in London than NY

Overall:

(1) If you have a big budget don’t listen to my recommendations, get yourself a luxury London eye view hotel in Central or something just as nice

(2) Depending on your vibe, budget and how long you stay, certain neighborhoods may be better for you even though they may be further from the Wedding Venue
