Hotel check in times are around 4PM, the SpringHill Inn & Suites MAY be able to accommodate an early check in time upon request. 


Please keep in mind that the last shuttle from the hotel will be around 3:30PM


For those of you driving in to town on Saturday please keep in mind that North Carolina runs on EDT and is an hour ahead of CT.


There are quite a few gas stations in/ around Boone, however, as you drive in or out of Boone the surrounding mountainous areas have long stretches without gas stations. Make sure you have enough gas when leaving the major highways. There’s about 40 min where there is not much around.


There is parking available on site at hidden pastures, as you pull onto the property it will be on the left hand side. There will be signs and valets to assist. Keep in mind that the venue does not want guests driving up to the actual mountain ceremony. 


The shuttles will be meeting guests at the parking lot to shuttle you up to the ceremony. 
Shuttle Times: We have two shuttles arriving at the Towneplace Inn & Suites around 3:15 & planning to leave to head to the venue around 3:30! 
Shuttle times are a little earlier than anticipated due to; heavy traffic from Appalachian State resuming school this Wednesday, a Basketball tournament occurring at the college & the backroads being closed down due to destruction. We appreciate your flexibility!

-Ride sharing apps (such as Uber) can be very limited so it’s best to schedule rides ahead! There is a college basketball tournament this weekend, which may make the pool of drivers more available! 
-Cell phone reception can be very spotty on the mountain. However, anyone with Verizon may be in luck! 

Shuttles will arrive around 11PM to return our guests to the Towneplace Inn & Suites
