Thank you everyone who has reached out to us and for your kind words or reassurance while we were in the dark about how we were to proceed about our wedding. We are very fortunate that all of our wedding vendors will be operational by our wedding date! It took a while for some vendors to get power/ internet back on and they've all reached out since then & are in the clear! Our hotel did have some damage to the front entrance from a mudslide and has been able to fix the damage! That being said, the western part of NC is in desperate need of help. We fell in love with this beautiful area & would love to do all that we can while we are there to help the surrounding communities!


Some of the roads in North Carolina are non-drivable due to the conditions left by Hurricane Helene. If you're driving in from Charlotte Airport chances are you won't run into to many issues. Our amazing makeup artist also put together an Amazon wishlist of supplies you can get shipped out to her! If you would like to bring any supplies to donate, a lot of the basics are needed such as; water, food, socks, baby supplies, hand warmers, dental care, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc.


Another great way to give back is to support all the small businesses while we're visiting! Boone has many great restaurants, breweries and little shops! Just by coming to our brewery tour Sunday you'll be supporting several small breweries (don't forget to take a pack of your favorite beers back home with you! (; )
