Deposit
The cost of the deposit is one night's stay and the remainder of the balance is due at time of check in. The deadline for booking your accommodations at our group rate and in our reserved block is 120 days prior to the reservation date which is July 13, 2022. The date of the wedding is July 15th so your deposit covers your night at Mt Hood Village the night of the wedding, and you are more than welcome to book additional days to take advantage of the group rate.


There are several options for stay in the area for those interested in staying near us/the venue. Mount Hood is the area and Sandy is the specific town the venue is in. Welches in the name of the town next to Sandy that the campground is located in.
