Over the years, when asked when he was planning to pop the question, Jeff repeatedly joked that on the TV show, "it took Tony seven seasons to finally hook up with Angela...." Well, it only took Jeff four seasons to ask Mandie to become a Josa.

Mandie only swiped on Jeff's Facebook Dating Profile because she remembered him as an avid tennis player from when she worked at Red's. She thought, "Oh yeah, I know him, that's Jeff Josa..." She always thought his name had a nice ring to it.

Jeff swiped on Mandie because she didn't look like every other crackhead on there.

It was a match made in heaven.

They matched and started texting during the pandemic, so it took a few months to have their first date. Finally, in May 2020, Jeff scooped Mandie up, wined, and dined her at Tsunami in downtown Lafayette.

That summer they dated and ultimately fell for each other. By August of that year, they were officially a couple, and soon after Jeff moved in with Mandie and her son Finn. She calls him Mr. Wonderful and he calls her Schmoopie.

They have been laughing and having fun since! Together they have seen over a dozen stand-up comics and numerous concerts, but they have the most fun watching movies, TV shows, and lots of sports!

They purchased a home together in 2023 and look forward to many new adventures including one day being able to take a honeymoon vacation.
