Ideally RSVP your party right when you receive your invitation. You can RSVP by clicking the tab on this website and entering your name. If you do not RSVP by November 1st, you are giving Mandy permission to call you over and over again :) Sending your RSVP sooner rather than later allows the couple time to add the finishing touches to their big day. The ceremony and reception is taking place at the same place in Bowing Oaks, so there is NO travel in between the two. Bowing Oaks is located at 7743 Alphons St. Jacksonville, FL 32256.

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking picture nearby for around an hour. Guests can head over to the outdoor patio where we will be serving finger foods and beverages at cocktail hour.

Bowing Oaks is located right off 9B on Phillips Highway. Turn onto Alphons Street and the venue will have an entrance sign that is located on the left.

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started accordingly.

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no," so we can plan accordingly.

The venue provides ample parking for all guests in a designated parking area. Don't worry if you have had one too many adult beverages, you are able to leave your car overnight. Just be sure to pick it up at 9am the next morning. If you plan on drinking, the bride and groom recommend ubering to and from the event to ensure everyone's safety!

The wedding is a formal dress code, which The Knot has defined as “a formal wedding dress code is slightly less formal than a black-tie event, and in general it tends to have fewer specifications.” We love you no matter what you wear so wear what makes you confident and comfortable!

This is an adult-only wedding with the exception of our flower girls and ring barrier who are Tom's cousins!
