Guaranteed check in is at 3 pm, but if you call on the day of check in, they can give you a better estimate of when the room may be ready.

The hotel is ~5 minutes (1.5 miles) from the venue. The venue will have ample free parking in their parking lot if wishing to drive there. There will be a shuttle to take guests back to the hotel from 10pm - 1:00am. If you leave vehicle overnight at venue, it needs to be picked up by 9am on Sunday January 1st.

The hotel is in Downtown Columbus and there are a multitude of things to do that are walking distance.

There are both valet and self-parking available. Valet parking is $38 overnight and self-parking is available at the Chestnut Street Garage that is attached to the hotel by a walkway for a rate of $22 overnight.
