It all started in a couple of CRNA Facebook pages and blossomed into something neither of us expected… I was hiking the Saranac 6 in 6 days while visiting my friends in Lake Placid, NY when I decided to message Kirk for the first time. From there, it quickly turned into daily texts and messages. November 2021, I visited him in Chicago for the first time and fell in love with Illinois. By June 2022, I made my move from Texas to Illinois with a leap of faith and it was the best decision of my life. Our love grew every single day. We both were able to see what a healthy, amazing relationship was like. We both know without a doubt that we were meant to spend the rest of our lives together. We’ve had so many adventures already but know that God has so much more planned for us. We want to share our happy moment with all our friends and family in the most beautiful place in the US.
