Yes, there will be a shuttle from The Westin Hotel to Heinz Chapel for the ceremony. It will leave promptly at 4:10pm. There will also be a shuttle from Heinz Chapel to The Pennsylvanian for the reception. This shuttle will make two trips (5:30pm and 6:00pm) following the ceremony. The hotels are both located within close walking distance from the reception venue so there will not be transportation following the reception.

There are 40 parking spaces available at the church starting at 4:15pm. A police officer will be blocking off a section of the street next to the church specifically for our wedding. If all spaces are full, talk to the police officer and he will instruct you on where else you can park without being ticketed. Keep in mind traffic in Oakland can sometimes be congested, so allow yourself plenty of time if driving to the church! Uber is also a great idea. At the reception venue, there is a metered parking lot available directly in front of the building, as well as on the side of the building with limited spots. There are other parking garages nearby as well.
