We are excited to celebrate with you! However, due to limited seating, the invitations are extended to the named guests only. We kindly ask that no additional guests, including children, attend unless specifically addressed. Thank you for your understanding.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is semi-formal, and we want you to feel comfortable while looking your best. You are welcome to wear nice jeans paired with a dress shirt. Cowboy hats are totally fine if that’s your style! Just a friendly reminder, please avoid shorts and t-shirts as we would like to keep these photos more elevated to display in our home.
Where will the ceremony be held (inside or outside)?
Our ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. If it rains on the day of the wedding, we’ll move the ceremony indoors to the main hall/event space of the venue.
What time will the ceremony begin?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM to ensure you're settled in and ready for the celebration.
Are you okay with photos being taken at the wedding?
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during our ceremony, as we’ve hired a professional photographer to capture the moment. We’d love for you to enjoy the ceremony without distractions and to ensure our photographer can do her best work as she is paid to be there. However, please feel free to take and share as many photos as you’d like during the reception—just kindly be aware of our photographer and let her do her thing!
What food and drinks will be offered at the wedding?
For dinner, we’ll be serving KC-style BBQ, accompanied by pasta salad, baked beans, and cheesy corn. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to note them in your RSVP.
For drinks, we’ll have sweet and unsweet tea, lemonade, coffee, and water. For those who prefer something a little stronger, we’ll have a selection of Quirk seltzers, a couple of beers, and both sweet red and white wines. Please note that there will be no liquor served during the reception.
