Q + A

Do I have to RSVP?

Yes. RSVP is absolutely required for everyone. Please RSVP via email to andrewmaria2025@gmail.com by November 1, 2024.

Can I bring a guest?

Please note that due to venue capacity restrictions, our event operates strictly on RSVP basis. Only the number of guests indicated on the pass included in the invitation will be accommodated.

Can I bring my children?

As much as we love kids, this is an adult only celebration. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What should I wear?

We kindly request our guests to attend in black tie attire. Guests are expected to opt for floor-length gowns, suits, or tuxedos. Please consult the invitation for our designated color palette (also below) to ensure your outfit aligns appropriately.

When should I arrive in Lima?

For your convenience, we recommend arriving in Lima no later than Thursday night before the wedding. Please consider this when making your travel plans. If you’re interested in exploring other parts of Peru, we encourage you to extend your stay after the wedding. Check out the ‘Things to Do’ section for additional information on planning your extended stay and exploring Peru further.

Will transportation be available?

Yes, there will be transportation provided to and from the reception! Please see travel section for more details.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

For guests driving to the event, parking will be available at the reception venue. For the ceremony, there is a parking lot across from the church. However, we cannot guarantee its availability at the time of the ceremony. We recommend walking if you’re staying at a nearby hotel or taking a taxi if you’re further away.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

No. We invite guests to fully immerse themselves in the celebration without the distraction of sharing online. Additionally, we’ve secured exceptional professional photographers, so we kindly ask guests to leave the photography to them and simply enjoy the festivities!

What kind of music should I be prepared to dance to?

Be prepared to ignite the dance floor! We have a great DJ who will be playing the best of both latino and american worlds. Here is the link to his Spotify profile for a taste: https://open.spotify.com/artist/3nnqr3rD6R69nSKy20omwO?si=PfDgF-poQvi7eGtXa1KaVw

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Your presence is truly all we desire, but if you wish to honor us with a gift, we have set up an online registry for your convenience. Please see registry section for more details. Note that there won’t be a gift table at the reception, so we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any gifts to the wedding.

What safety measures will you be taking during the event?

We hope for a smooth event, but as a precaution, we’ll have security on-site along with a private ambulance.
