DRIVING:

Driving on the Amalfi Coast? Not recommended… unless you have a death wish. LOL—just kidding. But seriously, the roads are insanely narrow, there are sheer cliffs with little to no guardrails, and parking? Basically nonexistent.

Italians are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet—but when it comes to driving? Patience is not in their vocabulary.

If you do decide to drive, know what you’re getting into. And remember:
• Always keep one hand on the wheel and the other on the horn—like a true Italian.
• Turn signals? Forget it. Honking and eye contact are how drivers communicate.
• Sunglasses are your secret weapon. If they can’t see your eyes, they can’t force you to give them the right of way.

Drive at your own risk—or just take the ferry and sip an Aperol Spritz in peace.
