You should add 45 minutes to whatever your map of choice says. Apple Hill is an extremely busy tourist destination this time of year, so there will be lots of traffic. There is a highway lane closure affecting traffic as well.

We tried to get group rates but due to a huge event that same weekend there aren't enough hotel rooms at one single hotel.

Because of the venue change it is going to be a lot colder than we thought. The high of the day is 64, so it will most likely be mid 50's. Make sure to bring a sweater or jacket. The ground is rocky so flats would a better option than heels.

Please arrive by 9:45am-10:00am so you can park, walk down the hill to the ceremony, (for people with mobility challenges venue owners will be driving you from your cars to the seating area in a small cart) and be seated. There will be live prelude music for you to enjoy in the midst of the magical forest. The ceremony will start promptly at 10:30am.

If you are sick please wear a mask. We are not requiring masks, so most of our guests will not be wearing masks.

There is plenty of parking space at the venue, so there is no need to carpool unless you desire to. There is a brief walk from the parking area to the ceremony area. If you need assistance there will be a mule/golf cart available.
