We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation.

Zach and I love the little ones, however this will be a kid free wedding. We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

This will be a semi-formal event. We suggest a cocktail length dress or dressy separates for women, please avoid wearing white or champagne. For the men in attendance, please no all black suits/ outfits. The wedding will be during the Fall, so don’t be afraid to add an extra fun pop of seasonal color! examples: rust, copper, brown, amber, mustard yellow, burgundy, etc.

Please be advised that we have to follow the rules and regulations set forth by the venue. In no event is smoking or vaping permitted inside of any structure on the premises, nor the side deck or porch of barn, this includes cigarettes, vaping, etc. If you choose to smoke, please step outside and smoke in the designated smoking area at back of barn and dispose of any cigarette buds into the receptacle at back of barn. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Please park in the designated gravel areas only; the venue does not permit parking in the grass. The lot holds up to 75 vehicles; we kindly suggest carpooling if applicable. Leaving your vehicle overnight is permitted; it must be retrieved by 12:00pm the next day. The entry gates will be secured shut between 11pm-7am, so please plan accordingly. If you choose to drink during the reception, we ask that you please drink responsibly. If you need assistance after the reception, do not hesitate to ask!

YES!! We kindly ask that you please RSVP on or before the 9/1 deadline if you plan to attend our wedding. This is extremely important for planning purposes so we can make sure we are accommodating the accurate number of guests. We appreciate your understanding!

We are so happy to have close family and friends fly in from out of state to celebrate our big day with us! We kindly suggest flying into Cincinnati (CVG) airport. We have also listed some options for hotel stays under the "Travel" tab on our website. Please be advised, there are no room blocks, they are just suggested hotels.

Due to the bride and groom being based in Colorado, we kindly ask that no gifts be brought to the actual wedding. We are registered at Amazon where it automatically includes our mailing address for direct deliveries to our home in Colorado. Cards will be welcome at the wedding. We truly appreciate you taking the time to look through our registry!

We kindly welcome guests to start arriving around 4:00pm for a prompt 4:30pm ceremony start time.
