We have a block of rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn in Alexandria, book ahead as they will go quick. However, we did not reserve a block of rooms elsewhere. We tried booking at Grand Stay in Glenwood and they were full for our quantity. They may have a few rooms available for our day.

We will have a shuttle begin picking up guests at 7:00pm & 7:45pm from Holiday Inn to be brought to the reception. The shuttle will resume bringing guests back to Holiday Inn starting at 9:00pm and make trips on the hour - 10, 11, 12

Yes, our venue has a large parking lot for our guests to park in.

We have hired a professional photographer, please refrain from taking pictures during our ceremony. Once the ceremony is finished take all the pictures your heart desires, but please share them!

We wish we could provide this to our special people, unfortunately no open bar... but a couple kegs will be provided if you are a beer drinker.

We would love to have a black tie wedding, we realize that does not meet everyone's needs. So in that case, dress up as much as you are comfortable with!

We have addressed our invites to the ceremony as expected and the number of people that can attend. If only invited to the reception you are more than welcome to bring a guest. Please reach out with any questions!

Yes, we love your littles. Would prefer for children to leave the venue around 9. PS: parents always a good excuse to have a night off ;)
