Devon's favorite beach is right down the street! Follow in the couple's footsteps and grab some snacks and drinks and head down to the beach. Head a few miles north and you'll hit their "second first kiss" spot!

The wedding occurs during peak Flower Fields season! Don't miss the opportunity to walk over to the Carlsbad Flower Fields for a beautiful stroll among the spring blooms.

Shopping and dining are within walking distance of the venue and resort! Marianne and Devon are frequent shoppers at the Calvin Klein store ;)

Long before they met, Devon and Marianne frequented Legoland as small children. If you have kids ages 2-12, take a 5 minute drive (or even a 20 minute walk) over to Legoland California from the resort!

Head over to Carlsbad Village for a fun evening out before or after the wedding! Marianne and Devon enjoy Coyote Bar and Grill (that they lovingly call, "The Cougar Bar" for its notable patrons), The Compass, Pizza Port, and Le Papagayo.

Head to Batiquitos Lagoon for a beautiful, easy hike on the ocean breeze! It's only 5-10 minutes south of the resort.

Head 10-15 minutes south to the San Diego Botanic Garden for a beautiful walk through our native foliage. Fun fact: the garden is right behind Marianne and Devon's apartment!

Moonlight Beach is Marianne's favorite beach, and it's only a 10-15 minute drive from the resort!
