There is a limited hold of 15 rooms for our wedding guests to select at a special rate, there is a 3-night minimum, June 13-15, with checkout on the 16th.
Guests are free to extend their stay with the hotel and book as many nights as they want (to include the mandatory dates), but dates outside of June 13-15 will be subject to availability.
DO NOT book your rooms for the wedding through the hotel website. Please reserve your hotel room by clicking the {link} and filling out the form provided by the hotel. Don't forget to click 'submit.'
Please consider that once you send the google form request, the Groups reservations department has 1-2 business days to reply.
We kindly ask that you ensure your accommodations for your party by booking your hotel room promptly.
CHILDREN RATES: $95
● Children rate ages : From 3 to 12 years old. 13 years old and up are considered as an Adult
● All the children under 12 years old must share a room with two (02) adults in order to get the Children rate.
● For 01 adult sharing with 01 child, the double occupancy rate will apply (as in 02 adults).
● Each room has to be occupied at least for one Adult over 18 years old
● Maximum occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, 3 adults and 1 child or 1 adult and 3 children.

BEDDING INFORMATION:
● The rooms with a king size bed come with a pull out couch for one person.
● Due to space, the rooms with two queen size beds cannot accommodate an extra bed.
● The request for the extra bed should be made in advance, and is subject to availability. For safety reasons, extra beds can only be arranged in rooms with 1 king size bed.
● Hotel offers rooms with king size or Two Queen beds subject to ability.

> Children and infants are considered passengers.
> Please inform W2M about any special or extra luggage so you can be provided with an accurate quote.
> W2m is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles as they provide constant services. However, please contact W2M by phone promptly for any misplaced items.
> Transportation will wait up to 1 hour after a flight lands. If you need more time getting through customs or gathering your things, please call W2M so your driver can be notified to wait a bit more.
