Hello Wedding Guests!

We are looking forward to seeing everyone! Below is the schedule for the wedding weekend:

Saturday April 13, 2024

3:35pm | Guests gather in the lobby of the hotels to await arrival of the buses

3:40pm | A 55-passenger bus arrives at Country Inn & Suites, River Arts District (22 Westgate Pkwy, Asheville)

3:40pm | A 55-passenger bus arrives at Cambria Downtown Asheville (15 Page Ave, Asheville)

Any guests that are not staying at either hotel, but want to take the bus to the venue can board the bus at either hotel. Free parking is offered at Country Inn & Suites, River Arts District in the Westgate Shopping Center by the hotel. The Cambria Hotel offers valet parking.

If needed, the bus from Cambria will visit Country Inn & Suites to pick up any remaining guests before the ceremony.

Guests will arrive at The Ridge at 4:30pm and will have 30 minutes to enjoy the venue, put any gifts on the gift table, and refreshments before the ceremony.

5pm | Ceremony begins

5:30pm | Cocktails and hors d'oeuvre

6:30pm | Introduction of Bride and Groom & Buffet Dinner

8pm | Cake and First Dance

8:30pm | Early bus departs for hotels

9:45pm | Bride and Groom last dance

9:55pm | Bride and Groom leave in exit vehicle

10pm | All remaining guests board buses to return to hotels

Join us for breakfast at Hemingway’s Cuba, located on the 4th floor of the Cambria Hotel from 9am-12pm

9:00am | Coffee Hour

10:00-11:00am | Buffet Breakfast

Coffee, Tea and Juices

Scrambled eggs

Applewood smoked bacon

Sausage

Breakfast Potatoes

Mini Blueberry Muffins

Seasonal Fruit Salad

11:00am-12:00pm | Buffet closes and we say goodbye!
