We have group blocks at the Country Inn & Suites Asheville River Arts District, and at the Cambria. The deadline has passed to get the wedding discount rate, but you can still book a room there! Buses will take guests to and from the venue from teh hotels. One will pick up from the Cambria and the other bus will pick up from the Country Inn and Suites. If you are staying somewhere else, you may take advantage of the Country Inn's free parking and board the shuttle to the venue.

There will be an open bar with beer and wine! There will also be non-alcoholic options such as Coke products, lemonade, coffee, tea, etc.

Two 55-passenger buses will pick up and drop off wedding guests at the Cambria Hotel and at the Country Inn and Suites, River Arts District. Guests will board the buses at 3:40pm and the buses will depart at 3:45 for a 4:30pm arrival at The Ridge. For guests that are not staying at either hotel that wish to ride the buses, you can access free parking beside the Country Inn and Suites, River Arts District in the Westgate Shopping Center parking lot. If you would like to board the bus at The Cambria hotel, the hotel offers valet parking if needed. Please be at either hotel lobby by 3:30! Guests will have the option of taking the 8:30pm early bird shuttle back to the hotels, or stay until the end of the reception and take the 10pm shuttle back. Dressy, but not black tie. Men can wear sportscoats if they would like but they are not required. Women can wear dresses, slacks, or jumpsuits. Wear whatever makes you feel beautiful! Come ready to eat, dance, and have a great time!
