If you’re staying at one of the hotels, we recommend using the Kansas City Streetcar for easy and fun transportation! The streetcar is free to ride and runs every 10–15 minutes, stopping at popular spots throughout downtown. Directions on how to use it are listed when you visit the Travel tab on our website. There are maps for the streetcar pickup locations and walking directions from the drop-off point to the venue (approximately 1 blocks) You could also consider using Uber since parking will be limited at our venue. However, valet will be available for those who choose to drive.

We’d love for our guests to dress in cocktail attire, black tie optional. Think classy and timeless! Since the bridesmaids dresses are black please try to avoid black dresses. Please also avoid white and bright colors.

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on your name when you RSVP. If you’ve been given a plus one, it will be noted next to your name on our website as Name + Guest. If not, please know it’s simply because we know you’ll have plenty of familiar faces and loved ones already there to celebrate with!

We adore your little ones! While we’re keeping the celebration mostly adults-only, children who are part of our family or the wedding party (or have family in the wedding party) are invited to join us. To clear up any confusion, please check your invitation—if their name is listed, they’re included.

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be at The Madrid, so once you arrive, you can stay and celebrate without needing to travel.
