Let me introduce you to my beautiful Maid of Honor, cousin, best friend, and the sister I never had. Alayna and I were born three months apart and have been side by side ever since. We’ve dreamed about our weddings together since we were little, and it means so much to finally live out those dreams. She’s seen me at my best and worst, always loving me and supporting me through it all. Alayna works as an autism teacher in the Olathe school district. When she decided to presue her career in special education, it made perfect sense to me, she has the heart for it, that is a gift many people don't have. I love her deeply and I could not imagine this day, or my life, without her by my side.

Meet my other Maid of Honor, my steady, loyal, hilarious, and sweet friend who got me through college and all the chaos that came with it. Gracen has the kindest heart and the most genuine spirit, and we have so many unforgettable memories. She’s the perfect mix of fun and focus, always ready to party but still serious about her goals. Gracen and I met in undergrad at FHSU for Speech Language Pathology and she is currently in the thick of grad school, by the time she is standing by my side on wedding day she will be Gracen Friess, M.S., CCC-SLP. I am so incredibly proud of her. I’m so thankful to have her with me on this special day, and I couldn’t love her more.

McKenzie is my cousin and someone I’ve looked up to my whole life. She’s always been the voice of truth and love. She is the one who reminded me I deserved better over and over again until I finally realized it myself. Her love and friendship means more to me than she probably knows. McKenzie is the first person who ever made me truly belly laugh, and she hasn't stopped bringing me laughter and joy since. McKenzie is a Pediatric Nurse and is amazing at her job. She also makes her husband, Reid, the luckiest man alive by being his gorgeous wife! I love "Kenner" with all my heart and I am blessed to have her by my side.

Rylee is not only my cousin, but also a true friend. She is always the first to lend a hand, no matter the situation. I am constantly in awe of the way she strives to grow, becoming a better version of herself every day. She has this incredible ability to uplift and better those around her simply by being herself. Rylee is a senior at K-State studying Business/Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship, she has always been one to set high goals and everyone who knows her knows she will reach them! I feel so lucky to have her in my life and even more honored to have her standing beside me on this special day and I love her a ton!

Anna is my cousin and another very true friend. She has this amazing way of making everyone around her feel seen. Whether we’re laughing until our stomachs hurt over something silly or having deep, meaningful heart-to-hearts, she’s someone I can always count on. Her sense of humor lights up every room she walks into, and her laughter is infectious. Anna is not only funny she is incredibly smart, she is currently at KU School of Pharmacy working on her PharmD and is doing so great! I am so blessed to have her in my life and grateful that she’ll be by my side on such a special day. I love her so much!

From the very beginning, Emma has been someone I’ve admired and looked up to. Whether we’re navigating the everyday moments of raising our baby boys or sharing a laugh over a childhood memory, she has a way of making everyone in her life feel loved. Emma is an amazing mother to her handsome baby boy. Oliver, and she is also a Pediatric Nurse! She also makes her husband, Tyler, the luckiest man in the world by being his gorgeous wife. She is so insanely amazing at everything she does! I love her so much and I feel so lucky to have her standing beside me on this special day.

Sophie is my cousin with the sweetest soul and the most beautiful heart. Her kindness and grace shine through in everything she does, from the little gestures that brighten someone’s day to the way she genuinely cares for the people she loves. Being around her is uplifting, she is kind and smart, right now she is studying Professional Strategic Selling at K-State she is also the president of the volleyball club at K-State and she loves it! I love her so much and I’m thankful to have her in my life and standing beside me on such an important day.

Claire is the youngest in the party, but don't let that fool you. She is one of the most stunning and creative souls I know. Claire walks with grace and light, and she brings all the fun energy to every moment. She is the kind of person who keeps things real in the best way, confident, genuine and always a good time. She is majoring in Nutrition and Health on the Pre-Nursing track at K-State. I am lucky to know she has had my back throughout my life. I love her so much and can't wait to make more memories together during this wedding season.

Darian is my middle school friend, high school friend and college friend! She is the definition of a day one! Darian has been there for me through absolutely everything from awkward middle school phases to being Mack's favorite person. It is so amazing to have a friend who has known every stage of my life and loved me through it all!! I am so thankful for her friendship and I am so glad I get to have her by my side on this day! Darian is someone I have always been able to count on. She is the one that would, and has, dropped everything for me whenever I have been in need. Darian ran cross country and track at FHSU and graduated in December of 2024, she is now earning her doctorate in PT school! Everything about Darian I have always looked up to and I love her so much!!

Eden is my soulmate in best friend form. Since the day I met her, she’s brought endless laughter, light, and joy into my life. I absolutely love and adore her. She has this beautiful ability to make everyone she meets smile, and she radiates warmth wherever she goes. Eden is the girl in the wedding party who will, without hesitation, introduce herself to anyone she hasn’t met... and those who already know her know how lucky they are. She’s full of fun, energy, and love, and I couldn’t imagine this day without her. I’ve given her one of the most meaningful roles in our wedding: walking Mack down the aisle. That moment means the world to me, and I’m beyond grateful that Eden is the one to share it with us.

My big bro, role model, ultimate hype man and best friend. I’ve looked up to Trevor my whole life. Growing up I always thought he was so cool. I was so proud every time he was tearing it up on the football field. Also had so much fun tearing it up with him on offense in college. Trevor is my biggest supporter. He believed in me even when I didn’t even believe in myself. I wouldn’t be where I’m at in life with out Trevor by my side. This is a guy that’s hard to not like. Trevor is now the project engineer for Reeder, a construction company in Dallas.

My lil bro, right hand man and best friend. Had so much fun growing up with Andrew my whole life. Whether we were playing wiffle ball or ping pong or watching impractical jokers or SpongeBob we were always hanging out and he made my childhood so fun. Then he became my work out partner and the cool lil bro the older he’s got. I’ve loved watching him develop into the young man he is now. He is so determined and I’m so excited to see what is to come for him. He is now at Fort Hays State University playing WR and studying construction management.

I definitely got lucky to have the coolest brother in laws I could ask for. Macoy is such a light every time he is in a room. He always is smiling and genuinely happy to see people and you can always count on having him in your corner. I have made many good memories with him at college, Paola and the lake. Macoy is studying finance at the University of Central Missouri.

Once again, I got so lucky to have the coolest brother in laws. I’ve spent a lot of time with Brock since I've been home and he really feels like a new lil bro. Brock brings an energy that is so fun to be around. My back hurts from carrying Brock in golf scrambles and fishing excursions (definitely not the other way around). Brock is a stud and will be wrestling at South Dakota State University next year.

A genuine and selfless friend, and a character. TD transferred to FHSU the same semester I switched to RB. He is a very talented and experienced RB and played a big role in helping me become the player I am. TD and I spent a lot of time together on and off the field and became very close. TDs son was born in November and he is already proving that he has everything it takes to be an amazing father. Thankful FHSU brought us together, he is like a brother to me now.

Great friend, great influence and a great person. I’ve known Hugo since elementary school but we became very good friends in high school. Hugo and I used to hang out so much that his mom Val actually thought we were dating. Safe to say she stands corrected, and Hugo has an amazing wife Addison who Marina absolutely adores. Hugos success at 23 is very impressive but not surprising. He is a private equity advisor in KC and does a great job.

Also a great friend, great influence and a great person. I’ve known Lucas since elementary school too. Growing up Lucas was known as a man among boys because it seemed like he hit puberty 10 years early. Lucas is still very manly- but more importantly an example of what a man should be. We became very close through high school football, but strengthened it much more outside of sports. Lucas has an amazing wife Sydney who Marina loves. And is a project engineer for Turner in Kansas.

A real ''homie'' and as solid as they come. We spent lots of time together on and off the field and in the weight room. Zach was my first gym bro and helped me find my passion for the gym. He is a great spirit to be around and always is down for a good time. Although we haven't been able to hang as much as we used to, we never miss a beat when were in town. Zach is studying construction management at K-State and will graduate in spring of 2026.

My cousin and a great friend. When Ethan moved to Kansas we lived together for a while. Ethan felt like another big brother to me. I looked up to him and admired his athletic abilities. We ended up living together again in college. Ethan always supports me and tries to be at all of my football endeavors. We’ve had a lot of good times and good laughs together. Ethan is a construction management major at Fort Hays State University.

Mack, our beautiful son. He is the absolute light of our lives and we thank God everyday for picking us as his parents. When wedding month rolls around he will be eleven months old. We feel time is already moving way too fast but we love nothing more than seeing him grow and change everyday!

Rayna has been a close family friend of the Johnson's since before she was even born. We love her outgoing personality and spunky self!

Mira is Shane's little cousin. She has so much fun personality and always has a crazy and detailed story to share. We love her so much!

College teammate made great friend. We chose Aaron as our officiant because he was always very supportive of us and is well spoken. We were roommates all throughout college and had countless great times together. Aaron is now a GA for FHSU football and will soon be a phenomenal coach wherever he lands.

My older cousin and quite the character! Whenever there were family events coming up I always got so excited to see him. When we got there I would always jump up in his arms! Hadyn has the most contagious laugh and is always really fun to be around. Hadyn is my Grandma Donna's first grandson and will be walking her down the aisle. So blessed to have him be a part of our day.

A legitimate "day one". Dallas and I were best of friends all through out childhood. We were teammates in every sport until college and hung out all the time since kindergarten. Dallas is working for the scouting department for KU football and plans to take it to the professional level in his near future.

Great person, friend and influence. Mason and I became really good friends in high school and have been since. Fun fact- we were on the same T-ball team and had no clue! Mason is an auditor in public accounting in Kansas City.

College teammate made great friend. We were roommates all throughout college and had countless great times together. Trevions efforts as a med student while being a collegiate athlete are commendable. Trevion is now a nurse in Witchita KS.
