“Ni la ausencia ni el tiempo son nada cuando se ama”. – Alfred de Musset Cuando dos corazones están destinados a unirse, el universo conspira a su favor. Nada ni nadie los detiene; sin importar el lugar del mundo, inevitablemente se encuentran… Una noche de Nochebuena (2022), en el frío estado de Colorado, nuestros protagonistas, Héctor y Loly, llegaron a la misma celebración. Como un milagro de Navidad, en medio de las luces no pudieron evitar mirarse y estando tan lejos de casa, descubrieron que hablaban el mismo idioma. Su conversación fluyó y entre risas, la magia surgió. Sin perder ni un instante, Héctor dio el primer paso y al día siguiente invitó a Loly a una cita. Como en una película navideña, Loly vivió una de las experiencias más memorables de su vida: patinar entre luces y decoraciones navideñas, probar algo tan inesperado como lanzar hachas, y terminar la noche en una cena que les reveló todo lo que tenían en común. Sin embargo, después de unos meses muy lindos, llenos de amor y experiencias compartidas, la vida tenía otros planes. Por motivos ajenos a ellos, tuvieron que separarse: Héctor se mudó a Miami y Loly a Boston. Así también, la comunicación se interrumpió. Pero el destino los volvió a unir. Héctor la invitó a visitarlo en Miami y esa noche, entre un rooftop con vistas mágicas y una cena en un restaurante soñado, le confesó que siempre la había extrañado y que quería reconquistarla. Loly, feliz, aceptó dejar que su amor floreciera nuevamente, a pesar de la larga distancia. Él se encargó de conquistar su corazón con detalles que cruzaban océanos y con un apoyo que traspasaba pantallas. Acortó la distancia todas las veces posibles y llegó hasta Bolivia para conocer a la familia de Loly, demostrándole que sus sentimientos no tenían fronteras. Así, le hizo sentir que su lugar juntos era el mundo entero, creando nuevas aventuras para los dos. No todos los días fueron fáciles, pero siempre lo hicieron posible. Y el 22 de agosto de 2024, en Colombia, su noviazgo se oficializó y su historia comenzó a crecer de manera aún más hermosa. Su amor se convirtió en un viaje por el mundo. Desde Colombia hasta República Dominicana, México, Tailandia, Dubái, Hong Kong y Japón, exploraron culturas, probaron comidas nuevas, compartieron su pasión por los deportes extremos, y su amor los llevó hasta el cielo, desde donde saltaron en paracaídas. Cada despedida se hacía un poco más fácil porque sabían que su amor los volvería a unir, sin importar las horas de vuelo. Pero pronto, todo tiempo juntos empezó a parecer insuficiente. Fue asi que en las Maldivas, un 6 de marzo, en un atardecer mágico en una playa privada, donde Héctor, con el corazón lleno de emoción, le propuso matrimonio. Loly dijo que sí, y juntos decidieron continuar su historia “amándose bonito”. Con el universo nuevamente a su favor y otra coincidencia mágica, celebrarán exactamente un año después de esa hermosa propuesta el día de su boda, a la cual no quieren que faltes. Porque no sería lo mismo sin ti…

NUESTRA MÁGICA HISTORIA

“Neither absence nor time mean anything when one loves.” – Alfred de Musset When two hearts are destined to unite, the universe conspires in their favor. Nothing and no one can stop them; no matter where in the world, they inevitably find each other… On Christmas Eve (2022), in the cold state of Colorado, our protagonists, Héctor and Loly, arrived at the same celebration. Like a Christmas miracle, under the lights they couldn’t help but notice each other, and being so far from home, they discovered they spoke the same language. Their conversation flowed and, between laughter, magic appeared. Without wasting a moment, Héctor took the first step and invited Loly on a date the very next day. Like in a holiday movie, Loly experienced one of the most memorable dates of her life: skating among Christmas lights and decorations, trying something as unexpected as axe throwing, and ending the night with a dinner that revealed just how much they had in common.However, after a few beautiful months filled with love and shared experiences, life had other plans. For reasons beyond their control, they had to part ways: Héctor moved to Miami and Loly to Boston. And so, communication came to a halt. But destiny brought them back together. Héctor invited her to visit him in Miami, and that night, between a rooftop with magical views and a dreamy dinner, he confessed that he had always missed her and wanted to win her back. Loly, overjoyed, agreed to let their love blossom again—despite the long distance. He devoted himself to conquering her heart with details that crossed oceans and with support that transcended screens. He closed the distance every chance he could, even traveling to Bolivia to meet Loly’s family, proving that his feelings had no borders. He showed her that their place together was the whole world, creating new adventures side by side. Not every day was easy, but they always made it possible. And on August 22, 2024, in Colombia, their relationship was made official, and their story began to grow even more beautifully. Their love became a journey across the world. From Colombia to the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Thailand, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Japan, they explored cultures, tried new foods, shared their passion for extreme sports, and even let their love take them to the skies—where they jumped from a plane together. Each goodbye became a little easier, because they always knew their love would reunite them, no matter the hours of flight. But soon, even all that time together no longer felt enough. It was in the Maldives, on March 6th, during a magical sunset on a private beach, that Héctor, with his heart full of emotion, proposed. Loly said yes, and together they decided to continue their story of “loving beautifully”. With the universe once again on their side, and another magical coincidence, they will celebrate exactly one year after that beautiful proposal—the day of their wedding, a day they cannot imagine without you. Because it simply wouldn’t be the same without you…
