We will be serving a combination of passed appetizers and food stations in order to have a wide variety of food available to our guests.

We will be having a variety of drinks including wine, beer, seltzers, and ciders available to our guests!

Our wedding will be outdoors and our reception will be in a heated tent.

Unfortunately, no, since the wedding venue is within about one hour of most of our guests we did not reserve a block of rooms.

We ask that everyone dress in business casual. For example, it would be appropriate for men to wear slacks with a polo or button down. Dress for women would include a dress or slacks with a blouse or skirt.

We ask if you have any dietary restrictions, that you let us know about prior to the wedding in order for us to have enough time to accommodate you!

As we plan to start the ceremony promptly at 4 PM, we asked that you arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony in order to find your seat.

The first two rows will be reserved for family, however, we will not have assigned seating during the ceremony, so feel free to sit wherever you would like.

The reception will end at 10 PM, however, you are welcome to stay for an after party on the property.

We asked that guests do not take photos during the ceremony, but you are more than welcome to take photos during the reception.

For our guests that are flying in, we suggest that you used the Lynchburg airport or the Richmond airport.

The weather in Virginia can be fickle, however, our wedding venue is in the mountains so we suggest that you dress slightly warm.
