Where can I park for the event?
Unfortunately, only 8-10 cars can be parked at the rental due to limited driveway space.
With this, there is public beach parking near Pompano Joe's. From there, it's about a six-minute walk to the venue.
If you choose, you can also take Uber, Lyft, etc., to the rental home.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony starts to ensure everyone is seated on time.
What is the Dress Code?
With it being a Florida wedding in mid-August, wear something cool! No, really, light colors, light fabrics, and probably something that doesn't show sweat (we kindly request that guests refrain from wearing white or red). Think casual, light, and breezy but not sloppy (button-down shirts, polos, summer sundresses, a skirt, pants with a nice blouse)! The air will undoubtedly be warm and humid!
Can I bring my child to any of the events?
We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free and take the opportunity to relax and enjoy yourself. While we love your children, our wedding weekend events are adults only!
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly invite and RSVP only.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
All wedding day events will take place outdoors. However, guests can move throughout the house and enjoy everything the rental offers! In case of rain, the wedding will be moved inside the rental.
What should I expect after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the couple's immediate family will take pictures for around an hour. Guests can view and explore the rental where hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be flowing. Dinner will be served around 7:15 pm, with dancing and swimming (if you choose) to follow!
Will there be an open bar?
The bride and groom will provide plenty of drinks. There are a couple of options: beer, wine, sodas, and lots of water! If you like, you can BYOB to the cocktail hour and reception! No cash will be needed unless you wish to partake in the dollar dance with the bride and groom.
