In the summer of 2021, we met like many young singles do: on a dating app! Marissa had worked in tourism for a few years, and Sean had just stepped off of the ferry in beautiful Juneau, Alaska! Bonding over a mutual appreciation of how *truly* excellent the tap water here is, we decided to take a chance and go on a few dates together. Meeting was like finding an old friend from a past life, and things only took off from there!

Fast forward to 2024, and we two best friends are getting hitched! Since we met, we've moved into an apartment overlooking downtown Juneau, right along the stunning Gastineau Channel. We also adopted the always cute, occasionally hellion, Nimmy the dog!

Ask either of us, and we never would've thought the other could've existed, let alone here in Alaska. Yet the stars aligned, and two souls meant to be together crossed paths.
