How can we reach you with a direct question?
Call/Text: Marissa (435) 313-9444 or Sean (518) 729-6611. You can also email us at kennedykuhnwedding@gmail.com!
How should I RSVP?
Please RSVP by mail no later than September 1st, 2024. Our mailing address is 2112A 2nd St. Douglas, AK 99824.
Where is the ceremony/reception being held?
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at the Iron Springs Adventure Resort in Cedar City, Utah.
The address is:
3196 North Iron Springs Road
Cedar City, UT 84721
How do I get to Cedar City?
Cedar City is located along Interstate 15 in Southwest Utah. The venue is a little under an hour north of St. George (UT), 2 and a half hours northeast of Las Vegas (NV), and just under 4 hours south of Salt Lake City (UT).
Flights are available to St. George, UT, but may be cheaper and more conveniently scheduled in both Las Vegas and Salt Lake City.
Where should I stay?
Please check the travel section of our website for recommended hotels.
St. George and Cedar City are great places to stay if you're interested in exploring the scenery, with Zion National Park and many other natural wonders within an hour's drive. Please also consider the Iron Springs venue itself, as accommodations are available right where the wedding is located. Also nearby is Hurricane and various other small towns.
Where will the bride and groom be staying?
We will likely be in St. George for the majority of our time before the wedding. While you're welcome to stay nearby (and we do encourage St. George as a destination), please understand that we will be busy with wedding things and our immediate family for most of this time!
When should I book a room?
We encourage all guests to make reservations well in advance if possible. Utah is popular for sporting events and marathons during October, and space may be limited.
Is there a dress code?
We ask that guests dress semi-formal, or dressy-casual for our wedding. Above all, dress comfortably! October in Cedar City typically experiences highs in the low 70s, and lows in the low 40s/upper 30s.
Can I bring a plus one?
While we would absolutely love to have them, our venue is limited by capacity. Please only RSVP for, and attend with invited guests.
What type of food will there be?
Catering will be provided by Las Flores Family Mexican Restaurant from Cedar City, UT. Food will include buffet style fajitas, with rice, beans, and salad. For our youngest and pickiest guests, we will also have chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese.
Do you have a gift registry?
We are so excited to have you join our special day and your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for. However, if we are to be honored with a present from you, a monetary gift towards our future home would be very much appreciated. Because of where we live in Alaska, most physical gifts would be quite impractical to bring back with us.
Can you recommend things to do while we visit?
Of course! Please check out the 'Things to Do' section of our website. Southwest Utah and beyond is a playground for all things outdoorsy and western. Beautiful National and State Parks are just a short ride away no matter where you stay. For even more adventure, Las Vegas has endless entertainment to check out.
