Wedding Guest Parking Address: 219 Holcombe Branch Road, Weaverville NC 28787, this also gets you to the main venue, is easier to find as there is a large entrance gate off of main road with a Henderson Acres sign, but is a steep way up, requires all wheel drive). Please use the Wedding Guest address and park in the parking lot. Carpooling is highly encouraged as it is a small lot. When you get to the parking lot, a shuttle will take you to the top!

Please arrive no earlier than 3:30pm for the ceremony. Guests can park in the parking lot and will then be assisted by a shuttle that will take them the rest of the way up to the venue (we really are in the mountains!)

The couple will be sent off around 11pm with the bridal party to head to downtown Asheville. There will be a shuttle present at the venue throughout the wedding in case guests need to leave early.

During the cocktail hour, the following hours d’oeuvres will be passed around: Pimento cheese, deviled eggs, caprese, and Cajun-spiced shrimp with andouille sausage. Dinner will be buffet-style, with Greek salad, chicken Picatta, roasted beef tenderloin, roasted fingerling potatoes, green beans, dinner rolls and pita bread. Dessert will be an entirely gluten-free dessert table with macarons, cookies, and mini-cakes.
