What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?

Please allow yourself 15-30 minutes prior to the event start time to allow yourself plenty of time to be seated, use the restroom, etc.

Where will the Ceremony and Reception be held?

We are hoping for a beautiful and sunny day for our wedding! That being said we are planning to have our ceremony at the beautiful outdoor amphitheater at our venue. The reception to follow will be held inside. Should unfavorable weather occur, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

When is the RSVP deadline?

We ask that all guests RSVP by April 4th, 2025. We would like to have our final numbers by this date so that we can allow our venue and caterer to accommodate appropriately. Please note that if you RSVP later than this date we may not be able to accommodate your presence at our dinner. If you are unable to attend, we will be sad and miss you but will understand. If this is the case please also let us know you will not be attending.

Will there be an open bar?

There will be a few selected beer kegs and some wine that will be available free of charge. Once these run out however, it will turn into a cash bar for the remainder of the evening. It is a full bar, so if you do not personally enjoy our chosen flavors of beer and wine, you will have the opportunity to purchase your drink of choice at any time.

Can I bring my own drinks?

Unfortunately no. The venue does not allow any outside beverages not purchased at the venue bar itself. Please do not bring any outside food/beverages of any sort to the venue. On that note, please do not smoke or use tobacco/vaping products in the venue. There will be a designated smoking/vaping area outside that you will be able to use as needed.

What if I have a little too much "fun"?

If you find that you have consumed too much, we ask that you do not drive home as we want our night to be safe for everyone, including you! There will be shuttles provided that will transport guests from the hotel to the venue, and from the venue back to the hotels at designated times (info will be under the shuttle and transportation tab). You will be allowed to leave your vehicle at the venue if necessary. The venue does ask that you retrieve your vehicle by 9am the morning after.

Can I take and post videos and pictures?

We encourage you to do so! Although we ask you not to take any video or pictures during the ceremony, we highly encourage you to take videos and pictures any time during the reception! We will have a QR code in various locations at the reception that you can use to post all the evenings comradery.

Where are you registered?

We will have a registry at a couple different stores. We will have this information under the Registry tab.

What do I do with my gift?

If you decide to give us a gift, we thank you very much! There will be a designated area in the venue to place your gifts/cards you bring! We do however have limited space for this, and we would encourage you to send any online purchased gifts to the following address. 4423 3rd Street South Moorhead MN, 56560
