There will be shuttle transportation provided from all of the selected hotels to the venue. Marissa and Jesse have partnered with Valley Charter shuttle services for this special day. There will be one pick up time at each hotel to bring guests to the venue, and two pick up times from the venue back to the hotels. The pick up and drop off times are as follows:

Load La Quinta Inn @ 2:50pm, depart 3:00pm

Load Courtyard @ 3:05pm, depart 3:15pm

Load Day's Inn Casselton @ 3:35pm, depart 3:45pm

Arrive Lone Oak @ 4:15/4:20

Returns from Venue back to hotels:

Load: 9:30pm, depart 9:45pm

Load: 11:45pm, depart 12:00am

When you arrive at your hotel, Marissa and Jesse ask that you sign up for the shuttles at your respective hotel front desk so that the shuttle service knows if there are any guests missing before they depart. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to either Marissa or Jesse.
