Our venue and vendors rely on a total guest count, thus we cannot accept late RSVPs. If we haven't received a response by the deadline it will be marked as "Declined." Thank you for understanding!

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts time to allow for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6 PM. Unfortunately, late guests will not be permitted to attend the ceremony.

All wedding festivities will conclude with the newly-wed send-off at 11 PM.

We kindly request guests to dress in semi-formal attire for the event. This typically involves dressing elegantly and polished, with options like suits, ties, and cocktail dresses. Your efforts to adhere to this dress code are greatly appreciated. Additionally, the wedding party will be wearing dark green dresses and charcoal suits.

During the ceremony, the first few rows will be reserved for immediate family and close friends. The remaining seating will be open, allowing you to choose whichever side you prefer. At the reception, a seating chart will guide guests to their designated tables.

We kindly ask our guests to refrain from photography during the ceremony, however, we encourage you to capture beautiful moments during the reception!

Our venue offers ample parking availability for all guests. Follow the signs for guest parking, and ushers will be ready to assist with parking and shuttling to the main building.

Weather conditions in Texas can vary, but during the month of May, the average temperature is usually 80-90 F. We recommend checking the local weather forecast closer to the wedding date for the most accurate information. In the event of inclement weather, our venue has the ability to move outdoor activities inside!
