Where do I RSVP?
Digital invites to follow via email, which will include RSVP links.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Largely indoors, but there'll likely be an overspill outdoors for the reception. The walk from the ceremony room to the reception is no more than a minute, and likewise from the reception to the marquee for dinner and drinks.
Where should I park?
Parking is available at the Ballybeg entrance. There will be a shuttle bus to transport you from the avenue to the main house if you’d prefer not to walk.
What should I wear?
Whatever you like. Make a bit of an effort though. :-)
Where can I get my Hair or Make up done locally on the morning of the wedding?
There are 2 excellent salons in close proximity. The Edge Hair Salon & Vale Beauty.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
Just let us know when you RSVP and we'll ensure you're looked after.
Do I need to bring cash?
In short, yes. There is a card machine behind the bar, as well as one for the day two. However, we do advise bringing cash and you will most likely need cash for the taxis.
Are children welcome?
We love kids and we will have a number of children from our wedding party in attendance . We are also bound to maximum numbers for dinner on day 1 so we may be limited to how many can attend. Let us know if you would like to bring your children and we will try out best to accommodate. If there is a need, we have been provided a number of childcare options in the area. All are welcome on day 2.
Is there transportation being provided between reception and nearby hotels/guesthouses?
The whole wedding, including the ceremony, is on site at Ballybeg. You can park at the venue or get a taxi. There will also be taxis available in the evening for people returning to their accommodation / home. They can be pre-booked by contacting Jimmy on +353 (0) 85 227 8111
I’m staying on site, when can I check in?
There's no check-in desk at Ballybeg, you only need to arrive. We will let you know which accommodation you are staying in. Your accommodation will be available to you on Thursday from 3pm.
I’m staying on site, Is breakfast provided?
Each of the accommodations on site comes with its own kitchen and cooking facilities. We will provide basics to get you started such as Bread/Cereal/Eggs.
