A wedding is something that should be celebrated and enjoyed. That is exactly our goal with our wedding weekend in beautiful Italy. I know that if my dad were still here, he would be one of the most excited to celebrate.

However, he won't be able to stand by my side, walk me down the aisle, have a first look with me, or take the memorable photos we always thought we would have. I have no doubt he will be with me on this day, just not in the way I had always imagined.

As emotional as I know this day will be, I also want it to be a day that we remember my dad. Find ways to include him throughout the day, and the whole weekend.

I wanted to create a space on our wedding website to do just that. He deserves a permanent space here. I hope you all enjoy some of these silly photos and videos of my dad. Maybe you can all get to know him just a little bit better and bring his fun, silly, lighthearted, life of the party soul into our wedding.
